WEIGHT ROOM
*** CHANGE***
Weight room days have changed due to our winter schedule. We are now going Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:00 till 9:00 PM & Friday mornings from 5:30 till 6:45 AM.
Be sure to eat healthy and drink lots of water if you want to experience the results that you are all capable of.
And remember there is a difference between putting in the time in the weight room and utilizing your time in the weight room. Our weight room time is not our social hour, so plan to work hard when you are there!
